Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 January 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Hedgefundxt S.L. (“Hedgefundxt”, “we”) handles the personal data of people who visit hedgefundxt.com or get in touch through the form on the site. We have tried to write it in plain language, without the boilerplate sentences that appear on most websites.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Hedgefundxt S.L., with registered office at Calle Velazquez 53, 2nd floor, 28001 Madrid (Spain), tax ID B-72854619, registered at the Madrid Commercial Registry (Volume 42,187, Folio 88, Sheet M-742,318). For any privacy-related matter you can write to info@hedgefundxt.com.

What data we process and why

We only collect what we need to reply to you: name, email address and the content of the message you choose to send us. In addition, while you browse the site, our systems record basic technical data (truncated IP, browser type, pages viewed) for security and to keep the site running.

Legal basis

We process form data on the basis of your express consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and to handle your pre-contractual request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). The minimum technical record required for the site to work relies on our legitimate interest in keeping the service operational and secure (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

How long we keep the data

Messages received are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, after that, for up to 24 months as history. Technical records are deleted or anonymised after 12 months, unless a legal obligation requires a different period.

Who we share data with

We do not sell data. We use technology providers based in Spain and the EU for hosting, email and support. When any of them operates outside the EEA, we require safeguards recognised by the European Commission (standard contractual clauses and, where appropriate, additional measures).

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to info@hedgefundxt.com. If you believe something has not been handled correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cookies and Google tools

The site implements Google Consent Mode v2. By default, the advertising and analytics categories are denied until you decide otherwise. You will find the details in our Cookie Policy.

Changes

We update this policy whenever something relevant changes. If the change affects your rights, we will let you know in a visible way on the site itself.
